4 Week Countdown

Hey Guys!

I need your help this week… We are still at $300 with our goal to reach $2,500 with 4 weeks away from the Marine Corps Marathon.  This week was a tough week running wise for me, I got my runs in but 2 our of the 3 were cut short.  I am definitely feeling it!  Please leave words of encouragement and head on over to this link to help out Semper Fi Fund.  https://runsignup.com/operationxyz

Monday- Leg workout

Tuesday- 2.9 mile run, 40 minutes (outside), energy dropped at mile 1.5.  Lifting – upper body today.  Start of pull-ups and pushups

Thursday- 4 mile run, 49:41 min (treadmill), start of the run was rocky then I got inspired and finished strong.  Lifting – upper body.

Saturday- Lifting, lower body, lots of body weight exercises

Sunday- 3 mile run (treadmill), 53 min, body tired today, was trying to get to 5 miles but my left glute started bothering me around mile 2.5.
